Our client lounge is an area created for our clients for many reasons listed below.
Keep your details up to date
Many people dont always get chance to contact suppliers when moving premises, changing telephone number, changing email addresses etc. This section enables you to keep your details current which enables us to provide better service to you.
Online proofing
When we create a piece of artwork for you or are simply doing pre-press on your supplied files, we will always need you to sign off the artwork before we go to print. This section enables you to login and view any outstanding jobs on proof and approve or reject them.
If you approve them, then we will receive an email informing us that the job is fine to print and it will be removed from your list of outstanding jobs to proof.
If you reject the proof and require amendments, then you can insert the changes/amendments and send it back to us.
We feel that online proofing is a positive step forward for Robinson Media and also helps in saving the environment by removing the use of paper for faxes or physical printed proof sheets.
jobSHOVE
Access to the client lounge provides access to the enhanced version of jobSHOVE. jobSHOVE is an online file transfer service that enables you to send large artwork files directly to us and have access to the files for 14 days through the client lounge.
